Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils  from plants to benefit health and well being.  Essential oils have various health benefits, depending on which plant they come from. Often several oils with similar beneficial properties are used together in a “blend”. The essential oil blends below are just suggestions – you can request any oils that you like. Massage is beneficial for all the issues below and using suitable essential oils enhances the benefits. If you request an aromatherapy massage, I use the blend in the massage oil and in a vaporiser.

Elemi essential oil has grounding and uplifting qualities, which make it helpful for easing stress and anxiety.
