If you are having a 60 minute facial, then you can choose to have hot stones included in the massage part. Hot stones facial massage has both physical and psychological benefits. The heat warms the muscles, helping them to relax and let go of tension in the forehead, jaw and temples. It also increases circulation to the area, enhancing the benefits of the facial treatment. At the same time, the warmth is calming and soothing, promoting relaxation of the nervous system which helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
